Dr. Tom S. Liu's career began at Northwestern University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors and Phi Beta Kappa. He continued his training at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and the Booth School of Business, where he completed a prestigious 5-year MD-MBA program.
During his medical training at the University of Chicago, Dr. Liu went on a medical mission to Puerto Rico to perform reconstructive surgery on underprivileged children. It was during this time that he discovered his love for plastic surgery. With his combined medical and business training, Dr. Liu dove headfirst into philanthropic medical ventures, empowering a Puerto Rican foundation specializing in pediatric reconstructive procedures. Dr. Liu went on to graduate from the University of Chicago with Honors and was a nominee for the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
